Technical Report 1 is a brief study of existing structural design of The Optimus. It contains description and comparison of Indian and American codes. It calculates wind and seismic loads according to ASCE7-10.

Technical Report 2 is comparison of the existing floor system with three other floor systems that were designed in this report. The comparison of floor systems is based on architecture, structure, cost and constructability. The existing floor system is a Flat Slab and is compared with Composite steel deck, Precast T-slabs and Concrete on metal deck.

Technical Report 3 is analysis of the Lateral Force Resisting System of The Optimus. The shear wall core is analyzed for wind and seismic loads based on code provisions from ASCE 7-10 and ACI 318-11. Internal forces, Overturning moments and drifts are calculated using manual calculations.
